Lemon Sponge Cake, Gluten Free

175g Margarine
175g Caster Sugar
175g Juvela GF White Mix
3 eggs
Lemon juice

Then added:
GF Lemon Curd in the middle with icing (Icing sugar, margarine, lemon juice)
